Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by B2B Authority Hub are digital products delivered electronically.

Products may include:

  • Custom GPT access
  • Prompt libraries
  • Training materials
  • Templates
  • Workflows
  • Educational content
  • Digital resources
  • AI-powered tools
  • Digital downloads
  • Software-based resources

Delivery occurs electronically upon purchase, account activation, access provision, download availability, product access, login credentials being issued, email delivery, portal access, account activation, content viewing, content opening, or product use.

Access, login availability, download availability, email delivery, account activation, viewing, opening, streaming, accessing, or use of any product shall constitute evidence that delivery has occurred.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is limited to the terms described below.

Refund requests must be submitted within:

14 calendar days

of the original purchase date.

Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined by the Company in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the specific facts and circumstances of each request.

3. Access-Based Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds may be denied once a customer has:

  • Accessed a Custom GPT
  • Viewed protected content
  • Downloaded materials
  • Accessed training resources
  • Received product delivery
  • Used product functionality
  • Logged into any customer portal
  • Opened, viewed, streamed, or accessed digital content
  • Downloaded, copied, exported, or otherwise obtained product materials
  • Activated an account
  • Used AI-powered features
  • Accessed templates, workflows, prompts, or other digital assets

System records, login records, access logs, usage data, download records, delivery confirmations, account activation records, email delivery records, and delivery records may be used as evidence of access and delivery.

4. Conditional Refund Requirements

Where refunds are offered, customers may be required to provide:

  • Purchase information
  • Account information
  • Explanation of request
  • Evidence of attempted implementation, if applicable
  • Supporting documentation reasonably requested

Incomplete submissions may be denied.

To request consideration, customers may also be required to provide:

  • Full name
  • Purchase email
  • Order number
  • Detailed reason for request

The Company reserves the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a refund request.

5. Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors

Verified duplicate purchases and billing errors may qualify for refund review.

The Company reserves the right to investigate claims before issuing refunds.

Refunds relating to duplicate charges, billing errors, or payment processing errors may be subject to verification by the Company and applicable payment processor.

6. Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Access termination
  • Collection efforts where permitted
  • Defense of the chargeback using access and delivery records
  • Immediate termination of access
  • Revocation of licenses
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Deactivation of accounts
  • Removal from customer portals, communities, memberships, or support platforms

The Company reserves the right to submit evidence to payment processors, banks, card issuers, card networks, financial institutions, dispute-resolution providers, and related parties, including but not limited to:

  • Purchase records
  • Checkout records
  • IP logs
  • Login records
  • Access logs
  • Download records
  • Product delivery confirmations
  • Email delivery records
  • Customer communications
  • Support tickets
  • Usage data
  • Acceptance of checkout terms
  • Screenshots showing access, delivery, downloads, usage, or account activity
  • Account activation records
  • Customer acknowledgements
  • Technical records demonstrating product delivery or access

7. Refund Review Process

Refund requests should be submitted to:

The Company will review requests within:

5 business days

after receipt.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

The Company reserves the right to request additional information before making a determination.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds may require:

5–10 business days

to appear on the customer's account depending on payment processor and financial institution timelines.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, card issuers, or financial institutions.

9. Future Subscription Services

If recurring services are introduced:

  • Cancellation procedures will be disclosed at signup.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Fees already earned before cancellation may remain non-refundable where legally permissible.

10. AI Product Disclaimer

The Company's products may include artificial intelligence tools, Custom GPTs, prompt systems, workflows, templates, automation resources, educational materials, and related digital products.

AI-generated outputs may vary significantly based on numerous factors, including:

  • User prompts
  • Prompt quality
  • User skill and experience
  • Implementation methods
  • Workflow design
  • Third-party AI model behavior
  • Platform updates
  • Context provided by the user
  • Data inputs
  • External systems
  • Changes made by third-party providers
  • Limitations inherent in artificial intelligence technologies

Because AI-generated outputs are inherently variable and dependent upon factors outside the Company's control, the Company does not guarantee specific outputs, accuracy levels, consistency, usefulness, suitability, or performance.

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, variability in outputs, changing AI behavior, model updates, perceived output quality, or failure to achieve desired outcomes shall not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.

Variability of outputs shall not constitute grounds for refund.

11. Non-Refundable Circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • Product access has been granted
  • The product has been substantially delivered
  • The customer accessed, opened, viewed, downloaded, streamed, activated, or used the product
  • The customer logged into a product, platform, account, portal, or system
  • The customer received access credentials
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase
  • The customer failed to use the product
  • The customer lacked technical knowledge, experience, or skill
  • The customer failed to implement instructions, workflows, recommendations, or training
  • The customer expected specific income, revenue, leads, clients, productivity gains, sales, business outcomes, or other results
  • The customer failed to read the sales page, product description, checkout disclosures, terms, or this Policy before purchase
  • The customer is dissatisfied with AI-generated outputs
  • The customer used the product and then requested a refund
  • The customer misunderstood the product offering despite accurate descriptions being provided
  • The customer no longer needs the product
  • The customer purchased by mistake but received access or delivery
  • The customer experiences results different from expectations
  • The customer is dissatisfied with a feature, functionality, workflow, template, prompt, training material, or implementation method that was accurately described prior to purchase

12. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any particular outcome from the use of its products.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Revenue
  • Leads
  • Clients
  • Sales
  • Productivity gains
  • Business outcomes
  • Marketing performance
  • Operational improvements
  • AI output quality
  • Specific implementation results
  • Time savings
  • Profitability
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer acquisition
  • Business growth

Individual results vary based on numerous factors outside the Company's control.

Failure to achieve a desired outcome, business objective, financial goal, productivity target, implementation result, or AI-generated result shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

13. License Revocation Following Refunds, Chargebacks, or Payment Reversals

If a refund is approved, a chargeback is initiated, a payment dispute is filed, a payment is reversed, or funds are otherwise recovered from the Company, the Company may immediately:

  • Terminate access to products
  • Revoke licenses
  • Deactivate accounts
  • Remove customer access
  • Disable downloads
  • Remove access to customer portals
  • Remove access to memberships, communities, training areas, or support channels
  • Terminate any rights granted under applicable licenses

Upon such action, all rights to use the affected products shall immediately cease unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Company Discretion Exception

Notwithstanding any provision of this Policy, the Company may, in its sole discretion, issue a full refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances.

Any refund, credit, accommodation, or exception granted by the Company:

  • Is voluntary
  • Does not create a waiver of any provision of this Policy
  • Does not establish a precedent
  • Does not create an obligation to provide similar treatment in future cases
  • Shall not modify the Company's rights under this Policy

15. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Company's products after publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
